Congratulations to Glen Copeland, the newest licenced aucitoneer at Holzman Auctioneers! Previously a licenced apprentice with Holzman, Glen has been with us since 2007 and as many of our long-time customers know, has been attending our auctions for over a decade!

Next up is another great auction for the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida! Due to construction and parking restraints at the auction location, we will be selling some of the buses from photos only. Our spring sales in Sarasota and Manatee Counties were a great success! Thanks to everyone who made it to one or both of our sales.

This month we will be having another traditional live auction for the Sarasota Country School Board at the usual Myrtle Warehouse location.

Due to continued construction at the Manatee County School Board's Matzke Complex, the online auction has been postponed. We are looking forward to returning to the Matzke Complex in a few months for a spectacular live auction once construction is completed and the warehouse and transportation are settled into their new facilities.

We had another great sale in Sarasota! A special thanks to all who attended. We were expecting a smaller crowd and we really appreciate everyone's patience while we worked out the bugs you face when the crowd is double what you expected. We've taken notes and will be better prepared should we be blessed with such a "problem" in the future :-)

We had another great sale in Gainesville in October, and are gearing up for another great Sarasota Schools sale on December 12th. This time we'll have 10 buses, 11 fleet vehicles as well as an all-terrain forklift. Also look for the normal assortment of surplus, including outdoor/landscaping equipment, a few musical instruments, a/v, emt/medical and tons of classroom and office furniture. We may be adding some computer equipment as well, so be sure to check the site the week of the auction for last-minute additions.

November starts off with a bang with two great auctions on the 1st and 8th! School District of Alachua County in Gainesville is up first with the normal Alachua selection of buses, vehicles and surplus. We'll be heading straight for Bradenton after Gaineville to get ready for the following Saturday's auction- our biggest of the year with over a dozen great buses and over two dozen great vehicles, many with low mileage! Also in Bradenton will be a great selection of commercial food service equipment, floor machines and misc shop equipment and surplus. Don't miss these two great auctions!
